(November 19, 2022, 11:30 am)This place is awesome. It's far and away the best independent music store in WNY. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Everyone took the time to answer everyone's questions and the selection of gear and guitars was top notch, there really is something for everyone from beginners to pros and all of us in-between. Can't wait to get back there and pick something else up.

Super happy with how it came out, the quick turnaround (basically a day), and the excellent service. Kudos to Sarah, as well, as she was more than helpful.
