Inspire Dental Group

Chad is an amazing dental hygienist. He is the reason I go to the Delaware location.

A couple suggestions:
Your customers should be able to contact the office. They are working with directly your call center has no idea what's going on on the floor or in the dental office. They are so far removed from service. This would be the reason why I would go to another dentist.

In addition, if you keep taking on new patients, you should hire more dentists and dental hygienists. If you keep advertising for more patience, but you can't serve them what is the sense of wasting your money on advertising?

This review is for the Buffalo location which is conveniently located only a block from my house. It had been over 10 years since I had seen a dentist when I first came to Inspire. Doctor Lin removed my lower wisdom teeth. One of them was particularly difficult but she and her assistant did a great job managing my pain during and after. The support staff is all great, especially the hygienist (?)(not sure of her actual title) at my follow up who's name I did not get but I'm pretty sure put a spell on me. Overall 100 out of 10 experience would get more teeth removed if I had them to spare 😁

Amazing care through and through. All the staff are friendly and take great efforts to make you comfortable. Visits are very efficient. And if you need wisdom teeth out do yourself a favor and ask for Dr Kemp!

My husband and I have been coming to Inspire for about 4 years now. The staff is always great. Jess at the front desk was nice and very efficient checking us in. Our hygienist Melissa, who saw my husband today was amazing as always. My husband had dental phobia until he started seeing Melissa. She does a great job putting her patients at ease. Today I saw a different hygienist Jen and she was also amazing. Dr. DeRose did both of our exams and he was very thorough. Great experience all around.
