(December 8, 2020, 4:20 pm)This review is for the T-Mobile rep. at Hillsdale, Kevin M. I was due for a new phone and heard various opinions regarding upgrading and phone trade-in options. For me, this process is confusing and overwhelming. When I met with Kevin, he was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough in discussing the options. I walked out of the store feeling relieved and confident in my decision. Plus, I got my phone activated and with a plan to get a case and cover. Thank you Kevin and to the entire T-mobile team for putting the customer first.

(January 17, 2020, 12:33 am)Only come on Wednesday and Thursdays where Cheryl is working. There's also live music on Thursday from 7-10pm. It looks bigger on the inside and the food is amazing. Great times.
