  The customer service at this location is Incredible, as well as their delivery drivers. This is a place where they go on and beyond to satisfy their customers! Kudos to the management team, great team members comes from great leaders!

  The only thing I dislike about this place is that it's only open in the summer; I become nearly despondent when they close for the winter. OMR is, simply put, a WNY treasure. Best hot dog/hamburger stand in the known universe with the best possible location, overlooking the Niagara River. OMR offers an incredible variety. As if their huge menu wasn't enough, they have an adjacent crab shack where you can order seafood and dinner entrees if you're looking for something other than a dog or a burger. Moreover, the staff and crew are fast and friendly. The gentleman who runs the place is a delight. He knows his customers, treats them like friends and family, and runs a very tight ship. Summer simply wouldn't be summer without Old Man River.

  seafood and the feeling at this spot is great. I can say this place does it for me. Prices are decent.

  Food wasn't great, everything had a fishy taste. But the staff was friendly and courteous. Staff reached out and took criticism very well, i gave it another shot and it was great. Changed to 5 stars.

  Everyone was super friendly! I feel very safe bringing my family there to eat- the tables are spaced nicely and they have a system so you can seat yourself at a sanitized table. The ordering process ensures social distancing as well. Plus, I got to enjoy a delicious hot dog and onion rings in a beautiful location! All of the above made for a really nice night out and we look forward to going back soon ?
