From the front desk Judy, the owner Bill and a few of the mechanics I briefly spoke to, all were very welcoming and professional. I was quoted a price for a F150 shifter replacement, scheduled a date for service and boom! Done. Works great! No extra’s, no bumps...no pressure in any way to do extra work.
