I had a clogged sewer drain. I called and was able to get someone to come out within 2 hours. Kenny arrived, quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved issue within an hour. Prior to calling J Ando, I had already removed the toilet from the drain hole in my bathroom in the basement. Ken installed a new wax ring and put the toilet back in after clearing the clog. Greatly appreciated him going above & beyond.

Zach was able to spot the issue immediately, which was I unknowingly broke the faucet. He didn’t have a replacement available with him, but went out to purchase one and installed it all within the hour. Very pleased.

I have used Jim Ando’s Plumbing twice now. I feel great because now I have a plumber that I can trust, does good work, cleans up and doesn’t charge an arm & leg. I would 💯 recommend them!

Zach was a very professional, personable worker. He was respectful of us and our home. He worked efficiently and the job was done perfectly. Zach thoroughly cleaned up when he was done. There was not even a scrap of paper left. I would highly recommend J Ando plumbing and would hire them again in a heartbeat.!! AAA+++ in my book!
