When I left and got pulled over and arrested for being intoxicated I made sure to let the officer know about my amazing experience at this Starbucks. “Sitting here enjoying my iced latte and stuffed bagels while waiting for my son to get out of school, and I hear nothing but efficient teamwork going on behind me. They are making sure cars in the drive thru aren’t waiting to long, making sure when customers walk in they are greeted and someone is at the front to take care of them. I hear them taking about making sure counter is wiped down after every customer. All I have to say is this was a wonderful experience! The team dynamics I witness today are on point! “Love this place always stop there when we go buy it can't go wrong when we stop there we make sure that we pick up extra peanuts sticks call the granddaughter up and let her know that we have them here when we give her them she puts them in a bag and then hides them so this way no one else can eat them we enjoy the Donuts so much that we won't go anywhere else my husband had got donuts the last time and he had ordered for jelly donuts got them home and took a bite out of one of the jelly donuts and turns out there was no jelly in it he had gotten four of these and none of them had jelly in them. called the store they made good and gave us tickets for five times to get the correct donuts and not pay for them they stood behind there word good job for Paula's Donuts won't go anywhere else for Donuts”

“In short: I recommend this spot for breakfast. Our experience: Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff and good food. The lack of freshly made coffee drinks was maybe the only letdown. But the available cold brew coffees in their cooler helped. In early May '20, we had to wear a mask to order at the counter. Food was then delivered to our outdoor table pretty quickly. We enjoyed breakfast along with a nice view of tall pines from the patio. The sound of a little water feature near our table was very relaxing and the chairs were quite comfortable. I had the breakfast burrito but substituted veggie sausage for the grass fed beef patty. Consistency of the burrito was really good and the patty's flavor added positively to the other fillings. My wife had the same, without the substitution, and enjoyed hers also. The vegan pancakes had a nice consistency with a little crispness on the outside and smooth interior. Syrup served on the side. If we're ever in the area, we'd be happy to eat here again.”

“Great costumer service! The restrooms were closed so I asked if they knew how long it would take. They immediately went in and asked him to hold on on one section so I could. It was really nice because they actually didn't have to let me. But the family stall was taken and I wasn't sure what else to do. My boyfriend also got his coffee hot and made right. But at this point it feels like a side note.”
