“The local staff at 1477 Main Street, Buffalo, NY are amazing. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The staff on the national phone lines, not so much. Gave much misinformation, when I questioned anything, the answer was pretty much that's how it is. They sent me first to the airport, knowing I had prepaid with a debit card. Airport staff stated they don't accept debit, only credit, and that national staff know that. So I had to change reservation to local Main Street shop. Had to take cab to both locations, costing me an extra $50-$60. Not happy with them. Very happy with Main Street staff.”

Espresso was well made but too sour for my taste and believe me, being European and living there for 32 years I think I know how espresso should raste like. Again, place is nice, good looking, staff is awesome and place in where it sits in Orchard Park makes it good choice for the casual talk with friends or just coffee break.”

I enjoyed the Avocado Toast, only $6, though I prefer a little more zip so I sprinkled the Frank's sauce on it and it was great. I overheard another party loved it too. Plenty of tables and some couches and soft chairs. Free wifi too. I'll be back! Btw, not a 5 because the baked goods display was nearly empty, and the chocolate chip scone was super weird, like it was loaded with bran or vegan or gluten free or something. If it was for a special diet, it should have been labeled as such. I'll raise my stars next time after I talk to the guy.”

But I'm here to tell you that if you're down by the Waterfront - especially the marina especially near Veterans Park - this is the place to grab a coffee, drink, or even a small bite to eat. They currently serve a few wraps (that you can get on a bagel if you ask nicely) including a Cajun Turkey Wrap and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Staffed by really great people who make you day just a little brighter - the Spot Coffee Express should quickly become a staple in the Waterfront District -- if you know it's there!”
