Not only do they teach the proper form, but you learn all of the reasons why the exercise is right for you and the benefits you will reap from your hard work due to the enormous breadth of knowledge possessed by the trainers at TrainSMART. “I LOVE THIS PLACE! As a busy working mom, I love the flexibility of my work out as soon as I walk in. You can't beat 30 minutes, you work it in to your schedule and this is a challenging workout, you will be very satisfied with the work you did. Staff is phenomenal, they are always supporting and cheering you on. You have personal trainer access checking on your form and pushing you to make the most of your workout. Facility is spotless and in great condition, all around great atmosphere. It might seem a bit pricey compared to other gyms, but it is not since it's well worth it, I have not gotten this kind of workout in at any big gym or the added value of personal trainers.”
