Since then I could not imagine seeing anyone, but Anne Spragins- owner of Do It Right Sport and Fitness. Anne goes out of her way to make all feel welcome! She is very good at personalizing your workout- everyday if needed. I have never had a trainer work harder to accommodate all her clients on a regular basis. If you are looking for a smaller gym with personal training and a great group of people to workout with I suggest Do It Right Sport and Fitness. This gym has become a part of my daily life and I am so glad Anne was the one who answered my request for a personal trainer! I appreciate you always going above and beyond.
