“The dentist has always been a hard experience for me given all the issues I've had as a child. My very first visit at Gambacorta's I worked with a dentist and his assistant who said they don't usually cover Saturdays but happened to be there that they. They confirmed the previous dentist did not do my fillings right and were able to get them fixed up efficiently in no time. I get nervous when dentists converse too much while doing work on me, but this pair was amazing and made me feel very comfortable while communicating what they were doing. So happy!”

“I was just in this establishment, and in quite a rush for compression socks, as I was scheduled for a procedure an hour from my visit there. I was led to believe that the list of places to get these socks (given to me from my MD), would accept my insurance. The woman, ( I assume the owner),greeted me very promptly. I explained my situation, she asked about my insurance and told me they would not cover the cost. ( btw thigh high compression socks $130.00, knee high $40.00; that seems about right????). As I thanked her, and was going to leave, she gave me some suggestions to try to cut my cost. She did not have to do that. She could have waited for me to return with my credit card. Her suggestion ( which I won’t reveal, as I do not want to take away from her business ), I’ll just say saved me $130.00. I tried to call to thank her, however, that phone number is not in service. I even tried 411. I did notice a sign on the door that the number had changed. It is not correct on the website either. I don’t know what insurance covers what, I don’t have the best, but if you need medical gear or what not, GO THERE! Not only did she help me solve a big problem, the most important part to me is that she was KIND. Unfortunately, in today’s society; genuine, empathetic, and truly kind people are few and far between. Once the phone number is updated I will be giving her a call. I hope she reads this! “I needed a tow. I contacted my roadside assistance and they assigned Frank Brown Towing to pick my car up. I had the destination listed as the dealership. The driver, Billy, called to see what was going on. He asked if my car was still under warranty. I explained that it was not, but that I was sending my car to the dealership with the hope of being able to sell once the repair was done. He said this made sense, and otherwise he would have recommended a transmission place to save on the sticker-shock of a dealership. I appreciated him looking out for me. He was so nice and sweet on the phone. My boyfriend met him at the car to hand over keys. My boyfriend even commented on how nice Billy was and how quick the tow was. I had never interacted with Frank Brown towing before today, but if I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be contacting them!”
