He fought relentlessly with my insurance to get me approved for a medication he knew would be life changing (spoiler alert : it was). Dr. Lisa Ball has also done great work in taking care of me as a patient to make me feel comfortable. Hillary was an amazing provider each and every time I saw her, making sure we had adequate time to go over all new information. One of the nurses, Kathryn, always puts me at ease when we talk. She’s great at communicating and getting back to me any time I leave a message. She’s so kind and courteous. Overall, this is the best office I have ever been to. As a female in her 20s, it can be so hard to find caring providers who won’t overlook your concerns. Outstanding team who I would recommend to my closest family and friends!”

The service she recommended was a hydro facial. Between wearing a mask, while I am out, and my constant on the go schedule, my face really needed some attention. I was breaking out and my skin looked so dull. Eva was extremely professional and thorough as she removed dead skin, cleaned out my pores and helped my skin radiate. The treatment was quite relaxing. We specifically asked them not to clean our room during our stay because on our last stay here they had thrown out stuff that was not trash and we had to track down Housekeeping and ask for our stuff back - some we got back, some we didn't. Breakfast is pretty short, served only from 6A - 8A and there's not much to be had even if you make it.”
