“I've bought several living room sets with Raymour and Flanagans and they've been very well made, beautiful, quality sets that have held up very nicely, for well over a decade. My daughter recently bought a full bedroom set and had to return it after delivery for several manufacturing issues. It was cheaply made , with several imperfections, and toxic chemical smells. Though we were sadly disappointed with this particular product, I was very impressed with their quick response to rectify the issue. I spoke with Luke and he was very accommodating and had superior customer service skills. They seem to care about their customers and don't just "throw you under the bus" because they've already made a good name for themselves. They understand that word of mouth matters and they don't want to sell inefficient, poorly made products, with their name attached to it. I respect that.”

I grew up in a family that has made everything from scratch and many of those old recipes have long past away with my relatives over the years but the moment I bit into their key lime pie it brought me right back to when I was 12 again but better. “I came in at the drunk rush Friday or Saturday night, not quite sure which lol, right before closing and it was packed with a huge line. I almost didn't stop but I'm glad I did. I've never seen a McDonald's move more smoothly. I was able to order and get my food in less than 10 min and the line was stretched out to the road. Got handed my food by what looked like the manager. Pretty Hispanic lady I'm guessing 30s maybe 40s and she was taking orders and passing em out pretty steady which means her kitchen workers were making it easy for her. It's good to see a good team of workers n what can be done when all are in sync. Very surprised and impressed with this location and luckily I live right around the corner. Thank u guys!!!”
