Even when there was a hiccup with the scheduling, the lady that answered the phone was extremely pleasant in spite of my sense of urgency. To say that I'm a satisfied customer is an understatement. The guys arrived early to install the window, they were very polite and professional!! They took extra care to lay drop cloths down on our rugs!
