“Very profession, welcoming, empathetic and easy to work with. Her dog had surgery there and we were absolutely 100% pleased with the encounter from start to finish. While she was there we had an emergency and staff worked with us to make sure that she was cared for and we were comfortable until we could get there to pick her up. She was up and running around within a few hours like nothing had ever happened. I was really Worried because she is very timid, but she was not traumatized in the least. They have to be exceptional to get those kind of results”

“My cat passed away on the holiday when my vet was closed for 4 days. I called and was able to bring her to the emergency clinic. They were kind and compassionate and sent my baby to be cremated. I received a beautiful card with a heartfelt message even though they didn't know me or my cat, and it included her paw prints. The box with her ashes has her name engraved on it. It's beautiful. I appreciate the kindness that I have been shown.”

“Update: I just brought my second Maplewood baby home last night and he’s perfect. Very obvious that he was a member of the family and not just a money maker. He loves my dog and is great with my other cats. He loves people, very curious and playful, and just an all around sweet, happy little guy. He’s not shy, he loves attention, and his eyes and ears are clear. I’m still shocked at the negative reviews. Absolutely shocked at the negative reviews. I purchased my Bengal from Maplewood two years ago and he’s perfect. His vet always comments on how healthy he is when he goes in for his nail trims. It was so obvious that Thor was part of their family before I brought him home. He was shy for a day or two, and then he took right to me, my other cat, and especially my dog. He’s always been so friendly and so social, just like you would expect from a cat who was bred and raised in a home, as opposed to a “kitten mill.” I was provided with the promised paperwork, so I’m not sure what these people are talking about. I am literally on my way to Maplewood right now with my friend, who is about to put a deposit down on a kitten. Maplewood is fantastic.”

“This veterinary clinic is the very best. My cat, Tabitha, had been very sick for four months but my old vet hadn't diagnosed her correctly. I found Brighton Eggert quite by chance when looking for emergency service last Saturday night. Tabitha was getting worse and worse and I was scared to death. To my surprise, I actually got an appointment for that emergency visit so no waiting. The vet I saw was Dr. Mahoney and she nailed it immediately. Tabitha and I are now clients and she is recovering beautifully. They have 13 vets, great office hours, and emergency services available on Sunday. You cant ask for more or better care for our beloved pets than Brighton Eggert! One last thing, Dr. Mahoney is not only a very knowledgeable vet but very sweet and caring. I just love her.”

“Nothing bad to say about them. Took our ferret to him thinking he had low sugar but was wrong. He did blood work and about an hr later we had an estimate. Price was little more than I expected but I will pay the price. Will reevaluate the review after a week or so if it was well spent or not. Overall as a first time professional staff doctors and explain everything to where a average Joe can understand. Answered all questions not a problem. As stated ill review after a week if I don't believe it wasn't worth it.”
