I needed a small portable heater and Jessie was able to provide an efficient heater that does the trick. Over the years I have frequented this little store and Jessie has ALWAYS been able to answer my questions. She is my go-to for everything hardware and I trust her judgment.

Very humble staff - no attitude whatsoever, every time willing to find a piece I want. Sometimes they go to the basement or turn around stuff on shelves to give me item I need, and it's few bucks afterwards. They don't carry large lumber, but owner has stock of many supplies, that I prefer to go to him, rather ordering on the web and pay shipping. And I can see what I buy, touch it and feel how what I buy going to work. And they open Saturdays too.

We live in Bensonhurst. Tom's is our go to place for anything hardware related. It's actually a simple small size store, but you get to cherish those little places where you can find what you're looking for to fix something around the house, you know. :-)
