  Mr. Baton Ahmetaj was very professional, efficient and followed all COVID-19 protocols. He looks after his clients best interests both area wise and financially. He got the landlord to improve the house in features and even negotiated rent being lowered before moving into the apartment.   I utilized 82 Realty Group during a move from Dallas to Bay Ridge and John Martino was our broker. John did an absolutely great job at getting us an apartment that fulfilled our criteria. John communicated every step of the process and went above and beyond customer service wise. I will for sure be reaching out to John when I need a new apartment in the future. 11/10 would recommend.

  I had the pleasure of working with John Martiano. I highly recommend him. He is straight forward, professional and prompt. I could never imagine moving into a rent stabilize affordable apt but he made it happen. I am so grateful that he suggested that apt for me. He was right he said I was going to love it. Immediately after seeing it I was like I love it and I want it. When paper work was missing he drove over to my apt and personally made sure I had the right paperwork to submit. Thank you John
