  Well these are difficult times, but I’m so happy that Erica and her instructors are figuring out the online classes. I took yoga 101 this morning, and even at 7:45 am it was a pleasure! Loraine has an easy, calm manner, and she kept us focused and moving. This is a great way to keep up with your practice and to continue to feel connected to a wonderful community.

  The best yoga studio in all of Bay Ridge. The owner, Erica, is the most warm and welcoming instructor I have ever met. The studio is gorgeous and very clean and the class schedule has something for everyone. There are various workshops and women’s events throughout the month in addition to the regular class schedule. Such great value for what you pay for!

  Owls Head Yoga is the perfect place to escape the stress of Brooklyn and center yourself with calm while getting a workout that tones, strengthens, and in my case even straightened my spine some. The studio is impeccably clean, The classes range in difficulty but really excel at welcoming new and beginner students into the world of Yoga. I have been a student of the Yoga Ginger from my first days of Yoga, her detailed cues and attention to each individuals needs physically is what kept me coming back. We are all individuals and need to honor our bodies physical capabilities and leave the ego at the door. - Namaste

  Ok I just have to leave the first review for this place as this newly opened studio deserves 5 stars! Erica is an amazing teacher and has finally brought more yoga to Bay Ridge! The space is clean and cozy and you can feel the positive energy there. No egos, no pretentiousness, good vibes only.
