(March 16, 2019, 4:04 am)I was very pleased with the overall experience and the outcome from when I hired Broadway Carpet Brooklyn to clean the carpets at my home. The person that answered the phone initially was super professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they would be doing. Thecleaning people clean the heck out of the carpets and got every single stain out. They were also super polite and helpful. They arrived right on time and finished in about an hour. I'd have no issue recommending these guys to anyone. My carpets are clean and fresh and they smell great too. I thought the cost was very reasonable as well.

Their technician who did all the cleaning is the best. He was on time, explained the process, worked hard and made our carpets beautiful again. His equipment is top of the line, you will notice that from the moment he arrives. When we compared the before-after photos, we were just shocked. You won't be disappointed when choosing this company for it is the most efficient carpet cleaning company I have ever used.

I couldn't have been more thrilled when the technicians from Broadway Carpet Brooklyn when they arrived to clean our carpets. The office called to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they went over all the paperwork and answered any questions I had. They were efficient, pleasant and tidy. Our carpets looks better than it did when we moved in and the added benefit of non-toxicity of their products truly impressed me. I definitely will use them again and suggest you do as well the next time your carpets need a face lift.

They truly cleaned the rugs well and delivered when they said they would and even laid all the rugs down. In terms of results and details, well done guys. Your detailed work and instant communication made the difference. If you are reviewing options to get your carpets cared for call these guys or you will regret not calling them sooner, I did.

(January 18, 2019, 4:19 am)We had Broadway Carpet Brooklyn out to clean our carpet again. It's been five years since they cleaned it last time and the carpet was in bad shape. The technician made it look as good as new again. I can hardly believe it. I wish I had before and after pictures. Their service is just awesome. They do a great job and the product they use doesn't have a chemical smell or any effects on the environment. The carpet just smelled nice and fresh. It dried very quickly too. I received truly great services from them and will recommend them to everyone.
