Went here for the first time for their first 'Friday the 13th' tattoo event. The artists were really cheerful and comforting. The space is cute and there are a lot of antiques to view and pass the time while you wait. The art from the tattooists are wonderfully detailed and my tattooer made sure I walked away with perfection. I love my little lavender. Space can get packed, but it's worth the wait. Definitely going back here in the future.

My husband and daughter decided to get a Memorial tattoo to honor their mom/grandma that passed away from pancreatic cancer. Bella and "Mr. Kaves" did a great job. They were so welcoming...the shop is great...lots of old time memorabilia to look at and the music playing was spot on. We also decided to visit "Brooklyn Fireflys" which is a restaurant that Mr. Kaves owns and we cannot stop talking about the pizza. We live 2 hours away and we are planning our next road trip to Brooklyn Fireflys...the food is great and the atmosphere is inviting. If anyone is looking for a good tattoo and delicious food...you must go to "Brooklyn Made Tattoo" and "Brooklyn Firefly"
Best old and new school graffiti tattoo artist
Got my very first tattoo here. Not only was the staff very supporting, friendly, and funny but Kaves (my tattoo artist) was an absolute gentleman and doll. He did an amazing job and his other work is spectacular. My mom who is very "anti-tattoos" saw my tattoo and actually didn't lecture me for it! She thought it was great and in 2 months wen to Kaves herself and got herself a tattoo! Absolutely amazing. If I didn't live so far away I would always go to them for my tats. I plan to make a trip up there to get my third tattoo in April. Very excited!
Just visited Brooklyn Made Tattoo for the first time with my boyfriend, we both got Tatted and couldn't be happier. Mr. Kaves did mine and Busta did my Boyfriends. This isn't our first tattoo's but can't imagine going elsewhere for another tattoo. The shop has a vintage "old school" feel with the decor.
