Dr. Tornatore, known as Dr. T, has been my therapist and my families therapist for 20+ years. Dr. T has guided me through the adversities that life has thrown at me whether work related or family related. His honesty, knowledge, and guidance has enabled me to become a better husband, father, brother, son, friend, employee and business owner.
My life had tragedy, sadness, happiness and success and through all of these many different situations of life, Dr. T has enabled me to embrace these situations. I have faced adversity but what I do after the adversity defines me. Without Dr. T, I would have lived in the adversity. Dr. T enabled me to work through my adversities and become a better man. Dr. T shows me and all of his patients respect, kindness and unconditional love. Dr. T does not consider his profession a job but as an ability to help others and a chance to better our society.

I just telephoned Dr. Tornatore (I think of him as Nick) on April 18th, 2019 the 32nd anniversary of my being clean and sober. I was referred to him by a close friend and like so many others - I said to him, "You literally saved my life."
His insight into my childhood, the issues surrounding my maladaptive behaviors and his kindness allowed me to stop myself from the free fall I was in of self-destructive behavior in my use of drugs and reclaim my life, find peace of mind and real purpose in my life.
Thirty-two years later I still remember my sessions, his kindness, and empathy. I have only once before in my life ever recommended another health care professional, but without doubt, Dr. T is someone you should run to immediately for help if you find yourself in that place of darkness, depression, hopelessness or doubt about why you are here.
Dr. Tornatore is insightful, caring, (I can go on and on) and a healer who guides his patient (although I never felt like a patient when in session with him) to find their own way. He and his lovely (also very caring) wife are a blessing in my life. I went back for a ‘tune-up’ after more than 10 years and it was like I was just there yesterday, lol. I may not go back for another I-don’t-know-how-many-years but knowing they are there gives me a great sense of relief and calm. G-d bless them.
