Leah Matthews Training

Leah is amazing! She is the first trainer I have worked with and has made my experience a positive one. I have a background in dance and gymnastics and have felt intimidated by fitness training in the past. Leah  is supportive and pushes me in a healthy way! I love that she offers many things; I attend her yoga classes as well. Her services have been extremely supportive to my holistic health care.

Leah is an incredibly gifted instructor both for one on one and group sessions. As a fellow teacher myself, and someone who’s been in the fitness industry for years, Leah is my go-to gal to continue to work on and surpass my personal goals. In terms of equipment, she has everything you need and will expertly guide you through exercises specifically catered to meet what you are looking to achieve. From TRX, to weight lifting, Pilates (including reformer work), rowing, aerial silks and more. I honestly cannot recommend her enough.
