  This may be out of date, but the education and emotional support I received here 20 years ago was instrumental to my current success. I just received my doctoral degree in chemistry. In fact, have such fond memories of Shallow Lions that I recommended that my college friend become a teacher at Shallow. The teachers I had really cared to help motivated students and provided them with support when their family life had an impact on their academics. (Some of them are still there). As for areas for improvement: I hope they've replaced the cement play area with something softer and added jungle Jyms for preteens, or obstacle courses . I may be spoiled by life in the subburbs but grass and dirt and shady tree seem necessaur to keeping the acrobatics out of the classrooms. Have the lunches improved? Salad bar? Hummas bar? Veggie burgers? Anayway, take my review with a degree of noatalgia.

  went to this school from 2013-2016, it was lit. I really enjoyed it here, most of the teachers were nice and taught me well, i never failed a single test and made lots of friends. The hallways are a bit crowded during passing, and the bathrooms are dirty. The education you receive is average. All of my friends graduated in 3 years and most went to new utrecht high school, but very few people went to specialized high school. But in general, this was the best school i have ever been to.

  This school was the greatest, people judge it based off of the rating and comments of other people. I would have to say that this school is probably better than those of higher rating because of the violence and drug problem. The only issues with this school is crowded hallways.

  I just graduated & it was the best three years of my life. It was eighth grade when I began to have really high grades and even passed all my tests and regents. sad that I had to leave this school because of all the great memories and friends I made. the teachers are really nice & caring too. I would love to continue school here since this is like the best school I've attended to.

  Class of 2017, I loved this school so much. Graduating with honors and with so many memories to keep. After so many negative reviews on this school it just saddens me because this school isn't like how the reviews say they are. The teachers are all excellent and the programs they offer are good too. Anyone had Mr.Wong? :)
