Late review. Wanted to give a shoutout to Mark! A few weeks back, I came in for a car battery for my wife's Rav4. Mark looked in the computer system, grabbed the battery, rang me up and swapped out the battery for me!

Honestly, I didn't even know this was a thing. I was going to swap the battery out myself, but Mark said "Nope, I got it this." He pushed his cart with tools on there, went to the parking lot, and started to work on the car. Cleaned up the terminal and the wires. Once everything was hooked up, he made sure the car started and everything was good before he went back in.

I tried to tip him but he said nah don't worry about it.

Came in today due to issues with the company vehicle. Mark the manager was very helpful in getting the battery checked. He informed me that the battery in the vehicle was not correct. He got me taking care of and even went as far as installing it. He let me know there was a part missing and that would aid in killing my battery. After installing He put anti corrosion spray on it to extend the life and everything. Thank you again Mark for your exceptional customer service!

Always get the best service when I go there. The new manager Mark is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he likes his job. I will definitely recommend this store to others in the area.
