Audiology Central does such a wonderful job making your child feel at ease through all the testing. I was so happy about the detailed evaluation report we received at the end. It helped guide us so much in knowing the next steps and better understanding our child's experience in school. We realized he was not able to hear a lot of the information that the teachers were giving to the class. I am greatful we found the center to test our child they did a phenomenal job helping us learn more about his needs.
I had the opportunity to work Amy Turner who administered my son's audiological evaluation. I was happily surprised with the clear information she provided as well as an action plan she detailed for future services. A follow up written report came quickly which presented the test results and a written understanding of his strengths and areas to grow in. Excellent service!
I was so happy with the care and attention I received at Audiology Central! Shirley and the entire staff took extra time and patience to address my audiological needs. I would highly recommend them and will surely continue to use them in the future
The office is comfortable. Homey, even. The decor is perfect. The people are friendly. I did not even end up purchasing the hearing aids (yet), but it didn't matter. The staff was very accommodating at all times. My appointments began promptly. Dr. Pollack is very knowledgeable and you can feel that she has your best interest at heart at every step. The testing that she recommended was always appropriate. She spent as much time as I needed explaining my situation and her recommendations. I certainly would recommend this practice to others. If you are in traveling distance to this office, why go anywhere else?
