And may I add that she is very relatable and has a delightful demeanor. She walked me through the process of getting hearing aides, while making sure to address my specific needs and lifestyle. I feel confident that she is guiding me through the process in a very caring and thoughtful manner.
After two subsequent follow up visits, my appreciation for Dr. Kupfer has greatly increased. She had devoted an inordinate amount of time and effort to ensure that I was completely satisfied and the devices were operating optimally for my needs and purposes. Dr. Kupfer has demonstrated that she is completely invested in providing the very best care for her patients. I am totally confident in her expertise and knowledge as an audiologist as well as her patience and compassion as an exceptional doctor. -

Looking for help I was so very lucky to find Dr. Kupfer. She is a professional in the very best definition of the word. She is caring, knowlegable, and patient. Absolutely the best.
I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with their hearing. -

(April 1, 2019, 2:50 pm)I brought my daughter for a hearing evaluation/testing and had the best experience. Dr. Kupfer explained everything in detail and was very patient and so nice. She has an excellent bedside manner and educated us on what’s going on. I would highly recommend this doctor for any audiology needs.

Throughout the exam, Dr. Kupfer explained each portion in a clear manner and made sure I was comfortable and not nervous. I highly recommend visiting her practice! You will not be disappointed.
