CityMD Boerum Hill Urgent Care - Brooklyn

Great experience, everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were wonderful. They took the time to make my 4yr old feel at ease, despite being incredibly busy. Really appreciated that and would go back.

They are really kind fand riendly each time I have been there. I just do not like the wait I do understand it though. They are high in demand. I just did not like the lack of courtesy I was shown by this Asian woman who happens to be the supervisor. I hope you try better to treat everyone equal.

I've always gotten excellent service and treatment at the CityMD in Boerum Hill. The location is clean and well maintained, the staff is professional and respectful and the service is efficient. It must be an exhausting place to work with the constant line of people requesting COVID tests but neither the front office or medical staff lets it show.

Highly recommend for COVID testing or for any urgent care needs.

Recommended by our neighbor who has been tested at a few locations in Brooklyn. We were in and out of here really quickly. We went midday on a Thursday. Probably could have gone through even faster earlier in the morning. The staff was so nice and efficient, even with a line growing outside. And a special thanks to all of the doctor and nurses that made my 4 yr old feel totally comfortable. So glad we have the peace of mind knowing that we were all negative for COVID-19 and flu.

Aside from the long wait outside, the experience was great. Security, front desk, assistants and doctor were great. And helpful even though it was end of day.
