Local hardware store that's small but loaded with stuff at really reasonable prices. Don't come here for paint because it's limited supply, but they have all sorts of parts and pieces of things that you could be looking for. One of the guys speaks really good English too to help explain things. You can also get keys made here for just ~$1.
the store has some bldg/house maintenance stuff that no one else seems to have, so its a great place to find those old school bldg supplies/tools/accessories
