  We recently completed a kitchen addition and partial remodel, including the construction of our master bedroom and a large deck. After meeting with a few contractors, We decided to hire dcon renovations & remodeling for the job. David was extremely professional. His quote was very reasonable, he helped me find the right architect at a great rate to help us out with the zoning and obtaining permits.
  
  After signing a contract, I was in touch with Michelle who helped me with the finish design selections.
  
  David went out of his way to make sure everything was completed on time, properly, and on budget. His foreman and crew were very professional and made sure to clean up everyday after working.
  
  I highly recommend dcon to all my friends, who are looking for a contractor in NYC!

  These guys are every bit of 5 stars. We've been working with Dcon over the past 3 years for a variety of projects and simply couldn't be happier with their work, their professionalism and their willingness to adapt to our budgets and design requests.
  
  Before we worked with Dcon renovations, we had a poor experience with another contractor, which really taught us to not only recognize, but appreciate the good guys.
  
  We consider ourselves lucky to have found them!

  I hired dcon renovations to redo my master bathroom and kitchen. They were very responsive and professional and did an amazing job. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

  After a few years of savings, I finally decided to remodel my home. I needed to replace all my floors from carpet to wood. I had to have my kitchen remodeled. I needed my kitchen custom to my specific way, because I always had a vision of the perfect kitchen so I can cook and use the space for seating area as well. I wanted to paint throughout my home and put new tiling. I called Dcon Renovation to see what they had to offer. They had a specialist come by and answer all my questions even though I asked the same question ten times, and helped me with a few ideas. A few days later I had an estimate for what I asked for. Overall it was a pleasure working with the foreman on this project, he helped answer all my questions, and the staff were patient with me. Everything I requested was fulfilled and more. I'm very satisfied with my choice of investment. It was well worth every penny!

  I own my home for twenty years, and I’ve had several contractors work in my home for all different kinds of renovations over the years. All my friends kept telling me it’s worth spending a little more money and getting better results. Recently, I had a major leak in my basement which destroyed almost everything. Out of the three contractors that came to my home, I chose DCON Renovations. I must say they were extremely polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I took a two week vacation while they did the renovation, and they constantly gave me updates and sent me photos of the updated work, per my request. I must say they went the extra mile and was well worth every dollar. I was very happy with the finished product, and will recommend them to everyone!
