Very well located. Very reasonable price.
The parking is just in front of Brighton beach in Coney Island.
A number of lots are for permit holder only so be carefulwhen you park and look on the floor to see if the mention for permit holder is there or not.
There are plenty of pay machines whi is nice and you need to get a ticket and put it inside your car in a visible spot.
A tip, the card reader has a stiff opening so dont hesitate to push your card a little harder than usual.
The prices like in all municipal parkings are very reasonable.
It's next to the beach, which is great. At peak hours it's packed but parking might still be found. The meter is 25 cents for about 15 minutes
Read all the signs of instructions carefully and pick the one that best suits your need. There is a 5hour limit on the parking tickets. My husband and I stayed for the entire 5hrs hanging out at the beach - wading through the warm water in mid July.
Good location. Good prices.
I'm living on Bright water court, next to the ocean. Parking was always a problem around here, but sometimes especially weekends and holidays when lot of people from all other parts of Brooklyn coming to enjoy ocean, beach or to do shoping then parking become a really problem. That time parking lot helps a lot, even meter cost more and works till 12 night, still those times parking totally packed.
