  Miao provided a relaxing and convenient massage. It was a Swedish back massage that lasted an hour.

  I had a wonderful experience with Miao. I had Googled massages in my area and found him, and was astounded that it was free, and very interested in his project. To be honest, I was nervous going to a complete stranger's personal home for a massage, but after reading almost every review on Google, I decided it was safe. His apartment is very clean with gorgeous decor. He created a relaxing environment and I was instantly calmed down. I'm a chatty girl, especially when I'm nervous, but his massage techniques and persona relaxed me. I actually dozed off a few times, I was so relaxed. I've gotten many massages in my lifetime, as I'm a dancer and former athlete. I'm used to a deep tissue massage but knew from his reviews his was going to be a Swedish massage, and wanted him to do his thing. It was different but overall a great experience. Thank you, Miao!

  A refreshing oasis nestled amidst the bustling energy of New York City. Miao curates an individual experience for his clients in a tasteful professional setting. The hot rocks were my favorite - exactly what I needed after a long week. Thank you Miao for the conversations and for your observations. This was the third time I’ve ever had a massage in my life and it was AMAZING!

  When I learned about Miao's Massage project, I knew I wanted to participate and I was correct! Miao is a conscientious artist who I have enjoyed working with in the past - I was not surprised that he provided a relaxing, high-quality massage.
  
  Almost as soon as he started, Miao was able to zero in on a range of knots in my upper back where I've been holding tension. I'm always impressed when people can quickly recognize something when coming in blind. He did an excellent job of relaxing me while also working out those knots. I was really impressed.
  
  I don't have much experience with getting massages but now I may seek them out more often! This was excellent! (I have an unused gift certificate for a massage from 2015... might need to find it.)

  The massage with Miao Jiaxin at Miao Jiaxin Studio was outstanding! I had followed Miao's art for years and discovered he is as talented at massage as he is as an artist / performer.
  
  Before and throughout the massage, Miao ensures the client is relaxed and comfortable and he applying correct pressure. His studio is clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. He included hot stones which was a great, added touch. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of the day. Wonderful!
