My husband and I have resided at the Avalon in Florham Park since April, 2016. We love the sense of community the Avalon offers that begins with the staff and includes our neighbors. The property is attractive and maintained our unit is comfortable, cheerful and modern. We appreciate being able to call the Avalon home and we are thankful the caring staff and responsive maintenance team.

The maintenance team at Avalon Florham Park are simply wonderful. Not only are they professional and timely when responding to needs but also are always on time and have everything ready for us to get our job done on time . I honestly feel they care about the residents and often go the extra mile to make them feel at home. Alex is very responsible when it comes to get the job done is always a pleasure to work with them..

I've been a resident of Avalon for 3 years now and consistency has been key to my stay. Meagan and Kevin in the front office have been more than accommodating with questions and requests. Maintenance team member, Carlos goes above and beyond to fulfill work orders with the utmost professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. I look forward to renewing my lease in the upcoming months.

My family of 4 and I lived in the Avalon in Florham Park this summer as a temporary relocation between homes. I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about the staff ( Kevin was amazing as was Carlos) and the residents. The move-in process was as simple as it possibly could be, the apt was immaculate when we moved in and the process to move our was equally simple. The community felt like home as soon as we got there, with the numerous people walking their dogs and children freely playing outside. We never had a parking issue (and we sometimes had 4 cars!), always finding a spot right in front of our place. I would highly recommend this community to not only someone looking for short term accommodations but also long term living as we met quite a few people who have been there for years and simply love it.

That s jehovah teach his servants how to love one an other he teach them the true knowledge about him and his purpose for mankind if you can pass by and you will find love in action .

if you seek you will find, I found the truth at this place and you can too. just have an open heart and mind.

If one is feeling down, its the perfect place to find friends and Brothers and Sisters who love one another and the spiritual food is just what we all need especially in these critical times we're living in. ☺

You want some real spiritual food and learn the truth about the Bible, go to the local Kingdo Hall on Thursdays at 7:00 and Saturdays at 10:30. I promise you will not be disappointed
