Room was spacious, beds were firm but comfy, 4 pillows on each bed. Took quite a while to cool the room but it was high 90s outside that day. Paint peeling in the bathroom due to no air exchange or exhaust fan. Still a good night's stay close to the airport. Also a free shuttle to DFW...just sign up as soon as you check in as there are limited seats available. Breakfast was a decent offering of protein, fruit, and carb choices. There was a little something for each member of the family.
This property served all my needs on my trip to the DFW area. 24 hour shuttle. All suite rooms for the space. A working outdoor pool. A working fitness center. The consistent breakfast offerings, and it’s signature cinnamon rolls (although this batch here was slightly different and I can’t place my finger yet on what it is). Keurig coffee machine in the room with a microwave and fridge. Sofa bed/couch with ample space for work. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. A staff of hard working, knowledgeable individuals. Everyone I encountered and had an interaction was favorable.
There were just two drawbacks. The hotel is not secure as the ground level stairwell exits are accessible from the exterior without a key.
There was excessive noise on my floor until about 230am.
I love that this property was just about 6 minutes from the airport.
And of course, the price was right.
I had an unexpected overnight layover at DFW, and this hotel was very accommodating. I had to book a room the day I stayed there, and without even requesting one, I got a suite. It was very spacious, as most suites are, with a fold out couch, two beds, and a large bathroom. The breakfast was also pretty good. One of the best parts was the shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient since I didn’t have my rental car anymore. I will warn you, if you’re not a very heavy sleeper you might be woken up by the planes flying over the hotel.
These guys blessed, I'm new to this part of town and as we all know a good barber is highly sought after.
