  This was the best experience I have encountered in a cell phone store. So many times I dread getting a new phone because it's so confusing and tends to be very expensive. Chelsea the store manager was very accommodating. She not only made my transaction a breeze but she was the only one working and provided the same experience for everyone in the store. No one was rushed or overlooked. Her ability to multitask with a great attitude and funny spirit is what companies should hold to a great value.

  Ms. Chelsea went above and beyond today, I had gone to 5 different AT&T stores to get help with setting up a new phone, & they all refused to help. I’m so glad I did not give up, the last store I tried was a success! She was patient, and has a knack for unconventional problem solving. My phone is now set up, the apps that were missing are back! All

  Chelsea!!!! You were an amazing help with what may be a journey for my need to exchange a phone I haven't received yet. You were honest, helpful, thorough and detailed. Oh wait...did I forget to mention friendly!!! Thank you so much for the daunting information lol.At least I know what to expect! Now tell your boss that you need the next two weeks off with pay and a $500 bonus! You were that great!

  This is the best AT&T store I have been to. They are very welcoming and accommodating. Chelsea the store manager provided wonderful service. As a First Net customer I was very excited to see I can now add my watch to my service. Even thou she wasn’t knowledgeable of the new plans (which no one was) she was very persistent in finding the solution. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. COME SEE CHELSEA
