Amazing service and professional staff.

I’ve frequented this establishment on several occasions and each and every experience was none other than the best. The place is clean, nice and quiet and there’s never a wait for your service. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The owner Khadine has been out. What she didn’t do was leave a suitable replacement, or so that’s my personal experience and opinion. I received a 2 week lash refill and it was a disaster. The next day I had multiple lashes falling out. I booked a relash appointment, but cancelled the next day. When individual lashes are not done properly, they hurt like hell. They’re very irritating and annoying. Not only didn’t she apply them individually, they were doubled up on top of each other thick like the Koreans. The owner did offer to have my lashes redone free of charge, but I myself declined the offer because of my own personal experience. I guess you can say I’m spoiled by the owners work. Don’t let my review deter you. You won’t be disappointed. Oh and the facials are on point!

Haven't had many facials in my lifetime. This by far was the best facials I've received in NYC. It was extremely soothing and the music was
Uplifting. (#twothumbsup) The staff was very professional and really respects the time of each client. Even when I was unable to make my first appointment I called within the time framed listed on the policy and they gladly rescheduled my appointment. My skin now feels smooth, it glows and I definitely feel more confident walking around acne free. I will definitely refer Vedette Beauty and Skincare to many.
