(September 25, 2022, 11:08 pm)I requested roadside assistance through GEICO insurance and was connected to Jets Towing. ETA was about 60 mins but the service technician was on site in less than half an hour. Francisco was the technician that helped me; he was very friendly and quick. He jumped my car and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

After I had spent 4 hours trying to fix my car. I called my insurance they sent him from Jet towing. Thank you for helping me out Alex you are the best.

(November 10, 2021, 10:21 pm)I had a positive experience. They did a great job with my car which needed extensive paint work. Their staff could be more communicative, but Chris is on top of his game every time. Would come back here (though hopefully I won’t have to).
