JUST WANT TO SAY THAT MY FIRST TIME AT ONE ON ONE WAS MAY 16,18 AND THE FIRST TIME WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS WAS AMAZING. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS GREAT. THE STAFF AT ONE ON ONE IS GREAT THEY WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING VERY PATIENT AND VERY CONCERN ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND PAIN. MR. CRAIG MENEZES WHO IS THE DIRECTOR THERE IS AN WONDERFUL PERSON HE REALLY CARE ABOUT EVERYONE THAT COMES THERE HE WORK WITH EVERYONE. ONE ON ONE IS GREAT THE STAFF IS GREAT EVERYONE GET ALONG EVERYONE SPEAK TO EACH OTHER JUST A WELCOME PLACE.
Cassandra as well as the rest of the therapist staff are very focused and attentive to the needs and concerns of the clients. She/they demonstrates a great deal of care with the dispense of excercises and overall rehabilitation. It is because if my experience with jag-one that I'd advise others in need of therapy to give jag an opportunity to assist their rehabilitation
I really love going there. I was nervous to go at first. I kept on wondering:
"If this would actually help me?"
"Who really likes going to physical therapy anyway?"
"Will this just be a waste of my time and my money?"
But the team there made me feel welcome and have helped me come such a long way from where I've started. Their knowledge on physical health and focus on their clients having (and understanding) proper alignment is incredible. It shows that each person that works there genuinely care for your well being, and knows what they're talking about. They are not setting you up just to have a good session during your scheduled time, but to have a better overall day. Also giving you guidelines and tools to follow days inbetween sessions, so you can continue to improve. This place, Brain Sheydvasser and his entire team at JAG -ONE have given me chance to get my life and my career back, I am eternally grateful.
One on One physical therapy is a great place for your physical therapy needs. The staff there is professional, courteous, friendly and they all make you feel welcome. My PT Craig Menezes evaluated me and created a course of exercises that would benefit me most. He is very helpful and is there to answer any questions or concerns.
