I went on 08/13/2018. 3rd visit here. I waited about 40 minutes... not complaining because I made the appointment an hour before. I was having a lot of pain, two teeth needed to be pulled. The hygienist (I think Nancy), Dr. Stella was very nice and thorough. They are straight to the point. Dr. David removed my wisdom tooth and the molar in front of it with local anesthesia. He did a good job talking me through. I expressed my nervousness, and showed great bed side manner. I have went previously (before renovations... which looks great now) and the performed a root canal. All in all I like them. I did have to wait a little bit longer on my first visit, but attribute that to the volume of patients that they handle.
Oan: the desk staff really could benefit from developing their customer service skills. They are not professionally dressed, eating chips, loud, and one had on a head scarf to hold down her weave. They were a mess.
