Any sort of moving can be stressful but everyone at U-Pack made things so easy. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to do a cross country trip.

I hired UPack for an out of state move. After you load your personal belongings on the truck you don’t think about it until they come deliver it to you. Some of the items had shifted but that’s why I should’ve tied them down with a rope. It was a really good experience and I would definitely use them again.

After researching several companies for my out of state move, I chose U-pack and I am so happy I did. I used their relo-cube service and they were cheaper than their competitors even with me purchasing the "guaranteed service"! My cube was delivered for loading at the time that was promised and also arrived on time at my destination. Everything arrived intact aside from a couple of cracked plastic bins( the recording when you call customer service advises against using plastic bins but I only paid attention to it after my relo-cube was packed and ready to go :( so that was on me. The contents of the bins were fine though, so losing a couple of $10 bins was no biggie to me) I also enjoyed being able to follow my cube during its journey across the country. I guess it gave me a sense of security. Customer service was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as both the delivery guys at my departure and arrival states! Will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. Finding a moving company was an added stress on top of the move itself but I am so happy that I decided to go with this company as they did not disappoint! Keep up the great work U-Pack!
