  Spagnoli Flooring is the best wood flooring contractor out there! They helped us refresh our hardwood floors and a staircase: sand, fix some old imperfections and stain. They did a great job: the wood looks brand new, and the color is exactly as I imagined it - clean and natural. They are also very easy to work with! Friendly, helpful and flexible throughout the process: initial assessment and planning, coop approval documents, scheduling, the actual work, all of it. It’s the first time I did a project like that, and it went surprisingly smoothly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Amazing services and very professional team! We needed replacement of our water-damaged wooden parquet floor. David and his team assessed the work and replaced our floor in a timely manner. Dwayne and Woody were very friendly, efficient, and professional. Also, their pricing for the materials and overall work was extremely fair! Lastly, they were very communicative of details during the entire process. Will recommend anyone reading this review to consider them for your next project. Thank you so much!

  From the start with the estimate to the end with clean-up, the owners and staff were all professional, and the quality of work exceptional. The floors and steps that were sanded, stained, and refinished throughout the house look like brand new. The new oak floor that was installed in the bedroom looks amazing! Thank you for a job well done!

  David and his team were responsive and responsible, got the job done and left us with beautiful floors right before we moved in to our new home. We are so appreciative they were able to work on our schedule and make it work for us. Really wonderful customer service and beautiful finished product. Thank you!!!

  Spagnoli Flooring was great! I would highly recommend them if you plan on getting your floors refinished. Angela and David were responsive, engaged and very flexible to help me get my project done quickly and to a high standard.
