Really friendly and helpful - while still keeping it Brooklyn-real. Saved a lot of dough. Great quality too. Highly recommended.
I have been coming here for years and will absolutely go no where else!
- They have a large number of options for lenses organized with details present so it's easy to see what you are paying for. For example if you select a certain Crizal lens you can pick from one of three coatings. I just to see every options along with how much it increases the price.
- It worked with my FSA credit card but I did have to upload a copy of the receipt
- Quick turn around from sending them new eyeglasses without lenses to receiving them back.
Finally they get 5 stars because they honored a 1 year scratch warranty that Crizal offered, it was my first order back in 2010. I just had to send the glasses back to them for replacement lenses. I'm sure there are random sites that would have just said no to me.
Randy and Seth went above and beyond with customer service. Not only my glasses were done just for day since I was about to leave for another state but the quality of my lenses were fantastic. Truly an AMAZING service! Thank you Randy and Seth!!
