  Ordered from PC Richard's in Brooklyn on Flatbush. Mr. Godfrey has helped us tremendously in picking out a washer/ gas dryer stackable set. My husband and I went to the store and Mr. Godfrey was extremely patient with me. I'm very picky when it comes to functionality and I was going back and forth between three different machines. Mr. Godfrey told me the differences between all the machines, he helped us stay within our budget (we're on a budget and I was getting carried away). I didn't feel pressured into buying right away, but having that guide to narrow my decision, I knew the one that would work for my family and fit in my house hold.

  Have bought numerous appliances here over the years. Always deal with Holly she is amazing. My 89 year old mother needed a new refrigerator and can be very difficult to deal with. Holly was patient and helped her make a decision fairly quickly. Delivery was arranged for 3 days later and I was given a window of between 7am and 10am. They arrived before 8 and were professionally and efficient. Thank you PC Richards and thank you Holly

  Came in with my wife and 2 kids looking for a fridge being that ours just stopped working. Nasser came to help and showed me some fantastic fridges with great storage space. My wife and I were undecided but Nasser also had fantastic prices for us and helped us with a final decision. Thank you sooooo much will def be looking for Nasser in the future when i need any appliances or anything from here.

  I bought the PS4 Spider-Man game for my son. The service I received from the sales rep (Bobby I believe that’s his name) was incredible for such a minor purchase. He was attentive and truly engaging. My brief salutations with the Assistant Manager (Ruby) was also unique. She was professional, personable and genuinely nice. I could only imagine when I’m ready for major purchases how I shall be received. I will definitely be back. I can’t wait when that time comes.
