(September 4, 2018, 10:05 pm)I usually don't leave reviews but I had to give this place 5 stars. This was my first jet skiing experience and I went with my friend on labor day. I did an hour out on the water after signing their very long but very informative waiver.
I had so much fun riding above the waves and belting out tunes. I saw the sunset by the bridge. I saw a family of swans when the water was calm on my back to the dock. The instructors are hilarious and helpful. Overall great experience. Will definitely go back. -

(September 3, 2018, 3:33 pm)My 16 year daughter and I had a great time. It was our first time. Our guide/instructor Marc was super helpful. Before we went we received safety and driving instructions. Once we started, we went easy and he allowed me to get a feel for the jet ski. After a few minutes, he came back, gave us some feed back. Super helpful!! By the end, we were flying , so awesome!! Highly recommend.

Both of us have been driving jet skis for many years and despite that it was probably one of the best excursions we’ve done. This is the best way for you to see the Statue of Liberty and the skyline. Marc was a great tour guide and we were actually able to have our experience with just our jet ski and his, so much fun. After having a small delay on our trip they were able to offer us complimentary photos and they came out awesome! Thank you so much!!

(August 29, 2018, 5:31 pm)It was an amazing experience. They never had Deaf customers before but they were very friendly and treated us so well. They were well prepared and accommodated us by typing on laptop and making sure we knew the rules and the operation of waverunners. They were so friendly. The tour guide was great. We all in the group of noon had a blast time. I strongly recommend you to go this place. They really care!

(August 28, 2018, 4:17 pm)My wife and I went jet skiing for the first time, and THANK GOD we came to Empire City Waterworks! Jeff and Marc showed us how everything works and made sure we had an amazing time. They were there the entire time making us feel comfortable and safe. We met the owner and manager and they were extremely nice too. We had the time of our lives! We will definitely be back!
