(December 16, 2020, 12:31 am)I ordered a 10-step puzzle box from Kubiya Games through Etsy for my friend for his birthday. The box was beautiful, seamless when it was closed, and fun to figure out how to open. I could fit a few small trinkets inside to add to the gift.
In particular the customer service from Kubiya was exceptional. I was ordering the gift last minute and wanted to make sure it would arrive in time for my friend's birthday. When I asked about expediting the shipment they made every effort to get it to me on time.

(April 22, 2020, 7:21 pm)We purchased 2 puzzles from Kubiya for Christmas. We love playing the first one and have spent hours doing so but the second had a problem. I emailed them (yes, 3:months after Xmas), explained the problem and no questions asked - a new one was put in the mail. We got it right away.
We love their games and their customer service even more ? -
