  Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! I stayed her last week for work. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Only issue I had was my floor hallway smelled like weed,. Thankfully, I could not smell it in my room.

  Not my first at this location, and it won't be my last time. Very proffesional staff , very clean hotel rooms. In my opinion this is the best hotel in NYC. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. Beautiful views , people , roof top and more. Also Peter E. the hotel Ambassador took very great care of me and made sure I felt at home. Thank you Peter E. and the William Vale Staff. I'll be back again and again and again ????

  This hotel was great. I go to NYC a lot for work, and at one point was so sick of midtown and Manhattan I decided I needed to start staying in Brooklyn. This hotel has the great Williamsburg location and Brooklyn vibe that I was looking for, with all of the perks of the Palace and Loews in midtown. Room service was delicious and served at all hours, laundry service was great, and I didn’t hear any noises from hallways or rooms next door, which is huge for me. Highly recommend this hotel.

  The pictures online does not do it justice the hotel is modern and very beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is spectacular. If you can’t decide if you should book a room here just go ahead and read the reviews you’ll instantly change your mind.

  Beautiful hotel and amenities, great location and friendly staff. We asked for a room with a view ans were offered an upgrade at a reasonable price which was absolutely worth it!! what a VIEW!!! over looking the whole of Manhattan. Simply magical! Love the decor of the room and attention to details. We would definitely stay again and love to next time in the summer to enjoy their great outdoor spaces!

The William Vale does great things with small spaces. Our tiny room almost felt spacious, especially with the balcony (although too cold for winter to spend time on) that allowed a wide open view of Brooklyn. The room was predominantly white, which also kept it from feeling claustrophobic like other NY hotel rooms.
