Nathan has been and still is a very important person in my life. I have been through very trying times in my life, especially when I lost my husband to cancer, my darling child got into trouble with the law and ultimately with my mother's demise. You see, Nathan and I are exactly the same age, and even though we live in opposite sides of the map whenever I need him to listen and put me back where I should be, he is there. He picks up the phone, answers emails right there and then. Nathan has this special gift for putting everything into perspective, whatever you are going through. He listens and challenges you to think different, not allowing you to drown into yourself. Walks you through the heartache that brings us into depression, anxiety and negative thoughts with gentleness, empathy, care and experience - forces that drive him to help others. Relates to kid , adolescents and millennials with extreme kindness . Nathan keeps me grounded and I couldn't be happier. He has raised two great kids who are amazing professionals. I highly recommend Nathan's services, he is fantastic. Last but not least, his book “Perspective – Making sense of it all” is a great read.

I am currently a single mom of two young children, a girl age 9 and a boy age 5. I sought out the counseling and support of Nathan Shasho, as I was going through a sudden and unexpected separation. Nathan has proven to be a great support system in my time of need. I was not expecting this event to be so traumatic and so cumbersome.

Nathan is easily accessible through phone or email, responding in a timely manner. He has always made me feel comfortable and I know any questions or concerns I have will be addressed. His straightforward approach has allowed me to confront my issues head on, which has enabled me to cope with my confusing and at times conflicting emotions. Without Nathan to guide me through this difficult time in my life, I would not have been able to move forward with such confidence and clarity. I am forever indebted to Nathan and would highly recommend his services.
