After getting quotes from a couple other companies that gave vastly different quotes and service methods, I called Orkin to help see through the mud. Unlike another national pest control company, Orkin focused on finding, fixing and eliminating the problem, not creating a sense of fear in the hope I would opt for excessive, unnecessary, and majorly expensive pest control efforts. Our technician, David, was professional, thorough, and informative. I trusted his level-headed advice. He was also friendly and answered all the questions I had in detail.

The guy who comes and sprays for me is named Jacob and he is always so friendly. He always answers all my questions and puts my mind at ease. He has a great memory and remembers when the best availability for me to be home will be. Sometimes if I am accidentally put on his schedule at a time that doesn’t work for me, he will call and double check on the time that works best. Cannot say enough nice things about him.

I love Orkin as a whole, the staff, the reps, the service. I've used them 6 years, give or take, and I've never had and issuse. Extremely understanding, easy to reschedule if need be, excellent service, chemicals are pet and children friendly. I set automatic payments and it's easy to do that, and you have full control in when they do your service. You pick what you wanted spray for and how often they come out. I personally do 3 to 4 times a year staring in early spring till early fall. I mainly get ants and after they spray I don't get any the whole year. Highly recommend! And definitely worth the money!

We've had the same Orkin tech for a few years now. Richard. Super professional, Super friendly. Could be delivering milk in a bottle or selling war bonds this guy. We always take a few minutes to catch up about our own rug rats and how fast they're growing before he gets to exterminating the real varmints.
