For our stay in New York it was perfect. The breakfast is DIY but had no problem with it. One had access to the kitchen all day so the place is more like an apartment.
Booking was easy and simple. We had no problem booking in and getting the keys.
Good access to the city and shops and restaurants nearby. Try the Tex Mex round the corner.

The place is lovely and the owner was very friendly. We felt like staying home. Very convenient to get to the subway with lots of amenities in the neighborhood
Just left here Nov 24,2018 my experience was very nice the owners of this B&b were absolute wonderful the ART WORK in this place was beautiful my room was clean and all the amenities of home.. Inwould recommend this place highly anyone coming to visit NEW YORK
close to AMTRAK AND METRO STATION accessible to uptown and downtown NY,
also close to all food market , deli, bakery shopp drug stores of your choice..
plenty restaurant to choose from..

We have really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The subway is really close and takes you wherever you need to go. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Paul is very accommodating and friendly.
