Joe was extremely helpful, understanding, and communicative. His approach to working together was forthright yet accommodating and understanding to my needs, an extremely uncommon pairing for most brokers (and businesses for that matter) that I've worked with in NY. My roommate and I had found a beautiful apartment (of great value) but due to a last minute health circumstance, had to pull out of the deal. He fully refunded our deposit and application fee after one follow up phone call. Should an opportunity come up again, I would without hesitation work with him.
