For a disappointing first impression, I was pleasantly surprised with the immediate follow up made personally by the doctor, apologizing for the first missed visit and rescheduling for the make up visit himself. There was no wait time to see the doctor which is really fantastic! He guided my husband on best practices to monitor and improve overall health (got him to get BP machine to personally monitor). Bedside manners are accommodating and made my husband feel comfortable. Looks like we finally found our PCP! Looking forward to making my first visit.

I had such a wonderful experience during my visit to Mill Basin Medical. Starting from the front desk girl to the nurse and doctor! Everyone was very kind and very helpful. I had a personal minor mishap regarding a trip I am going on and they saved the day with a last minute emergency COVID PCR test, literally less then 24 hrs before my flight! We have used Mill Basin Medical to test our family for COVID on numerous occasions. For daycare purposes and before and after travel. We have been to the clinic and have had techs come to our house. It has always been a hassle free experience. Results were received in a timely manner, even during the Christmas holiday weekend. Highly recommend this facility if you need to be tested.
